A Visual Effects Producer is responsible for managing, feature and episodic VFX projects. This includes budgets, available resources and guiding clients. Our VFX Producers work closely with Senior Managers and Creative Supervisors to ensure each project has a clear and effective work plan to take it through to completion and allow for a positive client partnership.

Responsibilities:

• Work with VFX Supervisor to breakdown scripts and prepare detailed bids

• Invest and nurture client relationships and expectations in a diplomatic and professional manner

• Track and manage the day-to-day resources ensuring a strong line of communication between teams

• Produce internal progress reports, delivery schedules, change orders and client reports

• Facilitate client deliveries and milestones in accordance with implemented schedules

• Anticipate and communicate issues to supervisors or department heads

• Reconcile estimated vs actual costs as per internal standards

• Ensure that the projects are completed to the highest standard achievable

• Help to maintain a positive, upbeat and professional atmosphere on each project, being proactive and solution-orientated Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience as a VFX Producer or Production Manager

• Exemplary time/project management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proven ability to prioritise conflicting tasks • Ability to work within a team towards a common goal

• Thorough understanding of live-action and CG workflows

• Experience managing local and remote team members

• Knowledge of Word, Excel and Shotgun
